Inks
We offer flexible digital, offset, and flexographic printing solutions. Our mailing boxes are available in CMYK or Pantone color systems. Our full-color CMYK digital printing, combined with UV curing, ensures vivid ink adhesion with a slight sheen, making your designs pop while protecting the surface from scuffing and moisture.

1. Design Submission & File Support
We begin with your box design. You can either:
- Upload a print-ready file based on our dieline templates, or
- Use our online 3D box editor to build and visualize your design in real time.
Our design team reviews every submission to ensure alignment, bleed, and safe zones meet production standards. We also offer technical support and prepress file setup for clients without an in-house designer.
2. Proofing & Sampling Options
Before full production begins, you’ll have the opportunity to review your box through one of our proofing options:
- Digital Proof (standard): A PDF layout preview based on your final artwork placement.
- Printed Sample (MOQ 1): A fully printed mailer box for evaluating structure, color accuracy, and branding execution.
- Blank Sample: This is for testing fit and strength without design elements.
We strongly recommend ordering a printed sample if this is your first run or if the packaging design includes color-critical branding.
3. Printing & Production
Once your proof is approved, your mailer boxes enter full-scale production. We use a range of printing methods—digital, offset, flexographic, and silkscreen—to match the scale, complexity, and turnaround needs of your project.

However, as all products are custom-made, we rely on the client to ensure submitted artwork is final and accurate.
